My experience working with the Barker Art Galleries was amazing! I was looking for a local artist to paint a scene of Philadelphia for my girlfriend's birthday. I searched through many galleries online and when I saw Joe's work, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for.

I contacted the gallery through their website about the pricing of a few pieces. I received an email the next day responding about my pricing inquiry. They gave me prices on multiple pieces in the gallery as well as the option for Joe to paint a new watercolor at my request. I worked closely with the gallery through email and phone conversations to pick the scene that I wanted at the size that worked best for my price range. I was given a timeline for when the painting would be completed and when it would be shipped.

The artwork arrived in perfect condition right on time and my girlfriend loved the gift. I would like to stress how personal the gallery is when working with them. Every email and phone call was returned within one day and they were very helpful through the entire process. Joe also signed the art to my girlfriend from me on the back of the painting. Overall, it was an amazing gift and I will definitely order from the gallery again!
